This judge presumes to twist our constitutional heritage as suits her whims.

This judge presumes to twist our constitutional heritage as suits her whims. She has no regard for the rights of citizens and those who stand up for those rights. Her attitude is essentially colonial and patronizing. She is biased and apparently resentful of our liberties. It's hard to believe that her appointment was a mistake, rather it was more likely an expression of contempt towards the people of New York by a politician who picked her because he couldn't infect the city with Ebola.

Worthless judge that should be removed. The Dishonorable Abena Darkeh is either uneducated in constitutional law or considers herself and New York as a higher authority than the constitution.

She needs to be removed. Her saying the 2nd Amendment does not exist in her courtroom is a clear violation of the U.S. constitution. Especially when the case involves guns.
