Hon. Adam Small a support magistrate in the Family Court, makes fun of litigants while turning a courtroom into a show with drama going on. He does not resolve any one issues. Overseeing what he wants and does not justify what makes people file again and again. This is not what the court should be about. The judge does not know how to resolve the issue.
