Very unfair judge.

Very unfair judge. And he is a lawyer. Subject of numerous lawsuits including ACLU of PA because he puts people in jail for nothing with high cash bails he knows they can't afford. He plays favorites, too. Plus his staff gossips with cops and judges. Steer clear.
