Hates fathers
I have been fighting 11+ years in Family Court, my experience has been incredibly frustrating. I have no criminal record, no history of violence, drugs, or threats, completed a 52-week program, (because my words are a weapon) I completed nearly 200 hours of parenting education, passed an FBI background check, and received positive supervised-visit reports. I have spent years fighting simply to maintain a relationship with my son. I haven’t seen him in person since June 2019. I’ve dealt with restrictions on calls and visitation, evaluations, GAL fees, child support, legal expenses, and mountains of paperwork. I have appeared at every family/civil court proceeding for more than 11 years—until this September, when I was unable to make the roughly 3,800-mile round trip from the west coast to Tennessee. At this point, I don’t want to spend another decade doing legal homework just to be a father. I don’t need a participation trophy. I need a relationship with my son. Judge Fry hates fathers and only looks to bleed fathers dry and make them homeless.
