Stubbornly rejected the government’s recommendation at cooperator’s sentencing, and became unhinged, lambasting both the prosecutor and the defendant, without considering any of the undisputed mitigating factors both parties brought to her attention. Very poor judicial temperament. Disappointing, frustrating and exhausting.

Nightmarish.

Nightmarish. Have heard her outright lie to counsel regarding material matters pertaining to the management of her courtroom. Holds ex-parts communications without regard to their prohibited nature and even mentions them on record after the fact. Insults counsel from both sides without need or reason. Leaves counsel waiting for hours for scheduled hearings, changes hearing times on the hearing date and insults counsel for not being ready in the morning for matters they were scheduled to discuss in the evening. Does not take legal responsibility for legal errors on appeal. Has excessively cozy relationships with counsel of her preferred group, showing bias in their favor in total disregard of the law. Is intemperate inside and outside the courtroom. Signs sloppy orders. Lashes back when corrected on record. What is she doing in this position?
