Her performance as a judge was 0 but was not an option to select. It is pathetic that lives are in the hands of individuals with titles because that is all the label for judge is. She is very abusive, rude, dishonest, uneducated in cases or applying laws to cases and obnoxious. Today was my second appearance and I did not swear to not share my experience. Not only did she try to embarrass me she humiliated me for my responses. She demanded respect but gave none. She is completely uneducated in complex cases that involve abuse nor does she care about the life of any child. Her only interest in hearing cases is to inflict intentional distress of all victims that seek relief of their lawsuits. The Bronx Family Court is a joke and my case has been before several of the judges at this location, all being woman and all not protecting the best interest of families or children that need help resolving high conflict. Instead these judges enjoy discord and chaos because they all serve their god, satan, not the God of Heaven and Earth that established a Supreme Law of the land and of the people. Aija Tingling and all the rest of the judges that have ever touched my case will be before the Supreme Judge and I He will be a witness against them for all of the decisions made that caused spiritual death. If you are researching this judge like me to find out the history of her proceedings than listen to me, follow that gut feeling. It is not about things not going in your favor. It is about whether or not she can take a case without showing impartiality and she CANNOT. How many others are there that just have not voiced their opinion publicly? ALOT. File a motion for this judge to be removed if you believe she is honestly unfair, biased and incompetent. The Court does not demand the people, the people demand the Court.
