Asinine decision making. Basically just flips a coin and does what he wants. Sad thing is nobody will challenge him so he keeps his job. Even censured by the Supreme Court for threatening a county manager to get the governor to withhold county funds if he didn’t get the court security he wants. He’s horrible, but sadly there is no one else to take his place.
