A Documented Decade of Judicial Misconduct That System Failed to Address Evidencing the Miscarriage of Justice that Protected Him.

Judge Rivas is the opposite of Justice. Needs to be investigated for not following law and gaslighting the record to benefit certain lawyers.

Judge Rivas is impulsive, short-tempered and obtuse, once he's determined which side he "likes" better. He tends to side with whomever has the most expensive attorneys in civil matters and exhibits a palpable disdain for the poor, weak and ill. He gets visibly upset when any litigant "gives him work," or , in other words, seeks help from the Justice System, known as our Courts. He also seems to lack the sufficient intelligence or curiosity to appreciate any argument or concept that is even the slightest but nuanced. Things are always black and white for him.
