No better or worse than most Manhattan judges.

No better or worse than most Manhattan judges. Never felt I was at a disadvantage going against a more connected law firm. Will take forever to decide a motion only to set it down for oral argument so he can delay longer. Does engage with the cases you put front and center in your briefs or at oral argument so he will call you out when you are playing loose.

Agree with the other comments about how horrible this judge is.

Agree with the other comments about how horrible this judge is. He has scripts that he prances out for most cases. If you have an appeal, it's "doesn't the [lower court] judge have discretion?" No one would ever appeal if judge's discretion was absolute. The point is that it can be abused. He's bad on the law and doesn't seem to notice or care.

I agree completely with the other comment. This by far the worst judge I have ever experienced.

Terrible. Avoid unless you are rich and famous lawyer.

Terrible. Avoid unless you are rich and famous lawyer. Does not listen. Makes up his mind before. If you get him, just withdraw your case.
