This judge should be off the bench immediately. She is very biased and hands out restraining orders without evidence. She is very rude and dismissive and will rule based on her opinion alone. She is a danger to the Fulton county constituents.

Determined outcome before the first day of trial ended and didn't listen to any contrary evidence for the next week. Did not understand the case dynamic and was not interested in testimony after her mind was made up. Both attorneys and the GAL knew her decision when Day 1 ended and were right. Confirmation bias plagued her capacity to be open-minded, and she simply liked one party and her attorney better than the other professionals. Drew conclusions for which there was evidence to the contrary. Was condescending and judgmental toward the parties, attorneys , and professional witnesses alike. Unable to see the big picture. Several of the things in her Order are not legally sound, and she was monetarily punitive to the man she did not like. She did not understand the contructs and complexity of how the interactions between the litigants led to the need for court involvement and did not seem to want to. Worst of all, she didn't care about the kids in the case who her decision impacted and will continue to impact for the rest of their lives. Very disappointed in her professionalism and her lack of willingness to listen to all of the evidence with an open mind. Her snide comments were unnecessary and unprofessional. May she find grace and shed her disease of robitis because she is not very intelligent and seems to only like the power to make decisions but forgets that they affect real lives, whehter she likes the people involoved in the case or not. If magistrate judges were elected, she would not be in the position of power she is in because she caused harm not only to the kids in the case but to professionals, parents, and attorneys. Thankfully she was removed from hearing family law and DV cases recently. Too bad that all the cases she already heard and ruled unfairly without considering all of the evidence can't be retried by a judge who cares about families in the court system.
