Might have worked as council for Los Angeles County in the past, after being a Los Angeles County prosecutor, lost elections to become a judge to a lady who never had a trial! Presided over a case where a litigant is a Los Angeles County employee. Is this a conflict of interest and should the judge have recused himself? He also refused to allow a witness to appear via "LA Court Connect", stating that his court doesn't allow it!! Why didn't the court inform the litigants that witnesses would not be allowed to testify via electronic means and how much does that denial prejudice litigants' cases? Also judge allowed a witness to testify despite expressing prejudice against litigants, especially being the person who served court papers!!
