Makes rude and rushed comments while not allowing pro se’s to speak. Doesn’t protect victims of abuse or violence. Appears to be fearful of transparency in the courtroom.

This man took away my right to see my child based on false claims made by my ex. The claims were false and he did not care. He should be removed !!!

Compared to the Supreme Court judge who was assigned to our long and complicated divorce - who refused to see the issue my ex-husband and his girlfriend was causing who took HIS side when they were neglecting and abusing our children when the evidence was supporting my case.. She refused to assist when my ex kidnapped our children and caused chaos upstate with false OPs. I got assigned to Judge Graf with emergency writ to return my children, & two emergency OP for my children and I on two separate occasions about 12 months apart - Judge Graf is god sent. He listened to everyone. He didn’t budge because the more expensive Hamptons attorney was bullying my 18B court appointed lawyer who wasn’t with a fancy firm. Thanks too Judge Graf my children are alive and safe with me 100% of the time, while their father vanished back into the black hole where he spent most of their lives in. Judge Graf deserves a pay raise. He isn’t like 95% of these judges who just go thru the motions to speed up their day.

`Judge Graf does not follow the U.S. Constitution laws as he found James Kelly in contempt of court for having a camera recording in the court room; December 2023. Judge Graf's personal [Redacted by Ed.] M.O. to not be held accountable does supersede civilian's 1st Amendment rights.

He sentenced a 9/11 first responder with interstitial lung disease to 6 months in prison because he couldn't get up to NY from NC for a few months yet was one teleconference with the court so not to be in contempt.Did not listen to one word of defendant - Big headed and needs to be investigated for civil rights violations [Redacted by Ed.] ...
