Alicia Polk

This judge is a joke. She is very unfair. She does not like women. It was not ok for me and my children to live with my dad but it was ok for my children to live with their father and his girlfriend of 2 months, if that, at her parents house. Hmmm. The judge and the ex's lawyer along with the new girlfriends family all personally know each other. When I wanted my lawyer today something about it, he removed himself from my case. They went on and did not allow me time to get another one. Also, the hearing was always in judge's chamber and if I wanted it recorded then I had to pay to have it recorded. She is ridiculous and needs to leave the judge stuff up to the ones that know how to actually do their job the right way. She feels that just because she is a judge she can do what she wants and it's bullshit.

She is one of the most biased judges I have ever seen.A person should not be able to be a Judge in the same county that they grew up and graduated high school.

From the very beginning of my divorce hearing 7 years in the running Judge Polk has favored my ex wife regardless of how many times my ex was shown to purger herself to the judge she still showed favor to my ex wife with zero consequences. There’s fraternization between Judge Polk and apposing council. Judge Polk has openly stated apposing council is a reserve judge when sitting judges are absent. Due to perjury of my ex wife Judge Polk overturned her previous ruling in an appeal. IMO Judge Polk is very transparent in her biases, does not show equal fair unbiased judgements and is emotionally driven. When a sitting judge states openly “I’m tired of seeing this case on my docket I just want it to go away” when if involves someone’s future for the next 10 years is beyond unprofessional.

2015: I have NEVER known it to be acceptable behavior for a judge to step down from the bench to console one half of a high-conflict, divorcing couple. Polk offered tissues, placed her arm around, and gave favorable advice to the Petitioner who happens to be an Alienating Parent. 2020-to present: after many years of inflicting abuse, the aforementioned Petitioner is back in court, but NOW as the Defendant. The children escaped after realizing their situation had been based on lies and full of abuse. With the tables turned and facing the same judge... How do you think this will play out? Will Polk make any concrete decisions? Will she take responsibility for her prior (incorrect) judgments that horribly impacted the lives of 2 ypung children and their Targeted Parent? Will she offer an reparations to the Targeted Parent and the innocent children who have been in therapy for the last two years? Or,will she turf everything to other "professionals" so they can decide any wrongdoing on the part of the Alienating parent; which inevitability costs the victim even more time, money, and needless anxiety. Additionally, the area's "best" Guardian at Litem was part of this travesty. He believed the Alienating Parent - hook, line, and sinker. And so did the Hillsborough Child Protective Service's "investigators" (and I use that term loosely) This, and the Nation's, Family Law system is completely broken. What will it take for people to take action for change?

I PERSONALLY WILL SAY SHE NEEDS TO BE A HUMAN BEING BEFORE ANYTHING, SHE HAS NO MERCY WHEN IT COMES TO FEMALES NO FEELINGS WHATSOVER MAYBE SHE HAD A BAD RELATIONSHIP WITH A WOMEN AND IS WHY SHE HATES FEMALES OR MAYBE SHE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HER OWN MOTHER AND NOW SHE IS TAKING IT ON ALL THE MOTHERS OUT THERE, SHE IS TAKING KIDS AWAY FROM THEIR MOTHERS WITH NO REASON AT ALL WITHOUT CARING ABOUT THE HURT THAT SHE COST TO THOSE CHILDRENS AS WELL AS THEIR MOMS IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD JUDGE THAT WILL HELP YOU WIN YOUR CASE SHE IS NOT THE ONE FOR YOU SPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A FEMALE YOU WILL DEFINITELY LOOSE YOUR KIDS, SHE NEEDS TO BE SERIOUSLY BE REMOVED FROM THE SYSTEM BEFORE SHE KEEPS HURTING MORE CHILDRENS AND MORE MOTHERS OUT THERE SHE DOES NOT GO BY ANY EVIDENCE ALL SHE CARES IS ABOUT THE MONEY SHE WILL GET

She’s a very biased judge. The lady is very incompetent, does not look at factual evidence, goes by her emotions and feelings (pretty scary). Can you imagine all the mothers and fathers she has ruined because of her proceedings? This shows you judges like her should not be in the justice system at all. Very disrespectful lady, she took an oath to protect the laws of the land and uses it to destroy families. For anyone that has gone or is going through the pasco court with this lady good luck is all I can tell you. She will extend your case, suck more money out of you and leave you in Financial ruins.
