Commissioner Alicia Blanco conspired with my ex, an attorney and multimillionaire, to falsify a judgment.

Commissioner Alicia Blanco conspired with my ex, an attorney and multimillionaire, to falsify a judgment. My ex obtained a falsified divorce decree, which was signed by Alicia Blanco despite her having no legal authority on the case. When confronted during the hearing, she denied any knowledge of the judgment, yet her signature was clearly on the document. Additionally, she forced me into a trial prematurely, without addressing my attorney’s fees. I can’t help but wonder how much she was paid for all this. Eventually, I uncovered the truth about her actions. She should be deeply ashamed of herself. This is criminal

Judge Blanco has a shocking approach when it comes to victims of domestic violence.

Judge Blanco has a shocking approach when it comes to victims of domestic violence. She believes that victims of domestic violence, even when there are visible injuries and death threats to women and children, they're probably just using the system to get custody. She's made those statements on the record. It's so shocking, inappropriate, and not at all trauma informed. She needs to be educated about domestic violence seriously. And if you have a defendant who has been convicted of domestic violence against three different women, maybe you should at least CONSIDER giving the defendant probation and a requirement that he complete batterer's intervention classes. If there is any opportunity to require judicial officers receive ongoing training about domestic violence issues, Judge Blanco would be a very good candidate for that type of education.
