Very independent and even-handed. Even when she rules against you, you do not get the feeling that she's being intellectually dishonest. She applies superior powers of reasoning and legal scholarship to the case, and that's how it comes out. I always learn something reading her decisions. Note: She just took the Court of Appeals bench. Opinions based on several district court cases.
Too explosive...not worthy of the bench.
Just another pos that doesn't hold illegals accountable for being here illegally. Should get stripped of being in this position and thrown in jail.
judge nathan lacks confidence and compensates by being nasty to attorneys especially when they cite well-known cases for general priciples of law - one is left with the impression that because she is unfamiliar with the cases she becomes highly offended and lashes out in a demeaning and hostile manner - during a criminal trial she conducted herself like an animal when she snatched a document out of an attorney's hand in the presence of the jury then falsely denied that she did - she also treats caucasion lawyers better than she treats african american lawyers - she is by far one of the worst federal judges in the country
more arrogant than most federal judges. compensates for her toysl lsck of experience and maturity by condescending supercilious attitude. a good reason she was ranked unqualified by the ABA
Seems to just make a snap judgment about a case and stick with it. Unreflective and not particularly conscientious.
A brilliant and conscientious judge. She comes to hearings fully prepared. She listens closely, asks incisive questions, and knows how to discipline cases. She is an excellent, clear writer as well.
