You should really watch this video. Judge Asti almost jailed a man for 90 days because he wanted to see his son. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XX1yL7s4Do0 The man had not seen his child in years. From what I hear from other parents, this case is not an anomaly. Court procedures are frequently violated to aid unscrupulous lawyers in collecting more money.

Judge Asti strolled in almost an hour late and was biased against women the entire time. Siding with a male plaintiff who admitted to having threatened suicide and was given NUMBEROUS examples of mental and emotional abuse towards the defendant but Asti didn’t care at all. She has no regard for women in general and maybe that’s because no man wants her. She is a waste of judicial space AND money and should never have been appointed to the position of judge. The male plaintiffs lawyer (who was also male) objected many times to what the female defendant had to say and the judge agreed that it was “heresay” but when the female defendants lawyer (who was also female) did the same thing her words were “it’s not heresay when he does it” After hearing the plaintffs admition of suicide threats and anger issues, Asti said in her closing remarks that he is simply a “penny pincher” and there is no evidence of mental deficits. Asti is a disgrace to women and a waste of oxygen. If I could give her a negative number it would be negative infinity. She needs to be fired.

Heaven help us all if this is what our justice system continues to look like. This person SHOULD NEVER be allowed to don the robe of a judge because she is a disgrace, she strolled into the courtroom nearly 2hrs late and looking a mess. There is no courtroom decorum at all! Her court officers are unprofessional. How dare you preside over the laws of the land as if it doesn't require you to be held at a higher standard....HYPOCRITES!!! She is clearly biased against real WOMEN because she lacks the values and integrity to be called one. Perjury is overlooked by her so that can only mean she is LIAR also. I have vowed to mobilize WOMEN/MEN of all races to vote you out of this position. I have never witnessed such foolishness in a court proceeding like we saw while in your courtroom. Again, you are disgrace!!!!

Is I could rate her as a negative 10 I would. She absolutely favors men as stated in her reviews I have read without any regards to the best interest of children. She allows men/fathers to come to court with dirty hands. She should not be a family court lawyer. She does NOT look out for the children or struggling abused Mothers!

Judge Asti clearly favors men when making her decisions. She has little regard for what is in “the best interest of the child.” Judge Asti is the only Judge I have ever seen that doesn’t appoint guardian ad litem for children in contentious custody hearings. Having worked as a social worker in Child Protective Services for close to 30 years, I have never seen a Judge who has such little empathy for children!

She is definitely bias to men. When you have evidence presented of physical and mental abuse and she ignored everything. The child’s best interest is not want she was seeking. I really do not know how anyone chose her a judge.
