Needs to be investigated and removed from his position. He rules based on his own feelings rather than interpretation of the law. Gives lengthy probation sentences for minor crimes. All the while this guy makes 200k or more a year. He's a public servant and maybe I'm old fashioned but I don't think he's worth half of what the president of the United States makes a year.

Dude has no right being a judge. Works completely on his own beliefs on personal matters he can’t seem to get over. Karma has slapped him in the face over and over again. He was a “wannabe” military ‘soldier’. And he’s fat as fuck trying to tell others what to do. Prime example of the system being skewed.

this person doesn't deserve to be called a jurist. he's punitive and not fair. His prosecutorial background is evident in his handling of misdemeanor cases. He allows drug adicts and people who endanger the community passes on probation revocations nd is rude and judgmental for anoyone else. I am a tax paying property owner in Cherokee county and I don't want my tax dollars spent in the county I have lived in over 20 years. What he did today was shameful. I have made it a priority of mine to start a social media campaign to find out who has been harmed by this man and make sure that I review all of his sentencing to see if there is any bias as I exspect. I will glad support anyone who runs against him in the 2028 election. Allen is his name. I will never address him any other way. I'm watching Allen, I'm reviewing and I'm sharing.
