I've had the privilege to litigate in front of the commissioner many times.

I've had the privilege to litigate in front of the commissioner many times. He is a tough judicial officer because he has high expectations but they are not out-landish. He expects attorney's to know their case and be prepared to litigate it. He is very even-handed with pro per litigants. The other comments are not the Commissioner Ahronov that I have seen over and over again.

Arrogant. Condescending and demeaning to attorneys and litigants. Favors mothers. Prejudges cases, applying outcome determinate reasoning to reach the predetermined a conclusion born out of pure bias. Any wise litigant or attorney would not stipulate to have their matter heard by this commissioner. He has no business being on the bench.

He is condescending, arrogant, and interrupts both parties and counsel repeatedly.

He is condescending, arrogant, and interrupts both parties and counsel repeatedly. He hijacked the hearing multiple times, asking direct exam, and cross exam, of the witnesses, as if he were litigating the case, not judging it. Then after asking his own questions, he complains that you are not using time wisely. He is misogynistic at best and should not be wearing the robe.
