Amy Holmes Hehn

The [redacted] Judge Hehn is biased, incompetent, extremely rude and insulting (i.e. snorting derisively at a victim who testified to being a devout member of a certain religion, stating that, based on the victim's appearance, such affiliation was "hard to believe", as well as many other unconscionable slings and arrows levied at victims of violence). Hehn seemingly judges the cases before her based on what will benefit her, as well as on her gut reaction to victims' appearances, because facts, laws, court rules, proper courtroom procedure, and actual evidence do not matter at all and seem to have absolutely no effect whatsoever on her verdict. Hehn allows abusers to submit fabricated (photoshopped) evidence, yet denies victims their legal right to view such evidence. Hehn also denies victims the right to submit evidence of physical abuse and evidence of violations of law or violations of her previous orders. I agree that Hehn either does not remember what she has said on previous occasions, or just has a habit of lying profusely. I also agree that Hehn disregards previous testimony and relevant hearings. In addition, it certainly seems that Hehn blocks victims from acquiring transcripts of previous hearings at all (when a victim mentioned facts of a previous case and informed Hehn that they had requested transcripts of said case, Hehn again snorted and smirked wickedly at said victim, goading, "Good luck!" before informing said victim that they would never be able to access the aforementioned transcripts. I wholeheartedly agree that Hehn "represents the absolute opposite of justice and fair judicial treatment". Hehn has such apparent disregard and disrespect for her position that she even consistently arrives excessively late, while exhibiting a disgracefully irreverent and unprofessional attitude. Any Holmes Hehn should be immediately disbarred and sanctioned. I am saddened and bewildered by the fact that Hehn is able to flippantly ruin lives and trample all
