Judge spoke very, very slowly at times, and appeared as if she was on drugs while during the case. She was rude, made completely illogical judgements based on the evidence presented in the case. She made inappropriate innuendos, appeared angry and biased against the parents, and many of her statements were false. She appeared confused, and spent a solid 10 minutes staring at her computer screen before announcing her decision.
