I write this review with a heavy heart. We appeared before Judge Luna hoping to terminate the State of California's conservatorship of my intellectually disable Deaf son. It was imperative that we bring my son back under the care of his family. It appeared to me that Judge Luna didn't even attempt to conceal her bias in favor of the State of California. When my son was asked who he preferred to be his conservator he stated that he wanted his family. Judge Luna dismissed my son's preference saying that she thought he had been "coached." I never imagined that a Superior Court judge could be so openly biased -- that was the real casualty in this case: my faith in the judicial system.

This Judge has to be the worst judge and needs to be removed from the bench. She is not fair. [Redacted by Ed.] She has a very bad temperament and she sides with the people [Redacted by Ed.]. She handed over my inheritance, monies homes and assets that were left to me to the attorney that I had hired to help my family members, there was fraud, forgery involved, perjury, and fabricated documents with forged signatures, and she would not let me explain it to her rather than to turn over inheritance to other attorneys in the case who fabricated all the information and she didn’t care to review any of it I hope this judge is removed from the bench as soon as possible rather than help, she hurts families [Redacted by Ed.]

Completely erroneous decision and shocking and complete lack of knowledge of the law in the Los Angeles Probate Department where she is a "judge." Harmful and prejudicial bias for unethical, dishonest attorneys for the moneyed. Biased against women, especially elderly women. Does NOT READ anything, and does NOT know the law.

With such a long history of complaints against this judge throughout different courts, it is shocking she is still on the bench. She does not make those she favors comply with court orders, is reckless in her lack of protecting of assets now that she's in probate court and was reckless with her rulings giving fathers with domestic violence records custody of children. She is a danger to society and hopefully will be removed sooner as opposed to later.

I recently had a very complex probate trial in front of Judge Luna that settled mid trial. Judge Luna is an exceptional judge. She is very smart, extremely hard working, has perfect judicial temperament and is very fair and even handed. You will not find a better trial judge. She was instrumental in getting the parties to settle by giving a very heartfelt talk to the parties. An Exceptional judge and very hard working!

I rate judge Luna 100% below the standards of a justice system of any kind. I think its a criminal act that she decide to enter a court of law. I consider my case entirely void on its face. There was no way i would even sign my judgement paper with her name on it. Nor did i. For her to have say in in a court of justice is criminal in itself. She is a flaw in the system. How is she allowed to decide someones future? I feel i am owed a whole new trial. The Lemon Law should apply here.

Since Mr. S was burned - how much did that affect you Judge Luna? The individual that you allowed to rape me financially in a court of law has done the same to you. Think of me every time you count your money.

All things point to Luna being seduced at every turn to service her flatterers, sychophants, and "patrons". There she was, making profund decsions about my life that involved math. Math is not her forte. She made a big deal about, and taunted me about the amount of paperwork in my case file. I was not concerned that she had not read my whole file, but that she was able to conjure such fabrications from her fantantasies about it. She has given me a whole new pupose in life. I am committed to defending mysef from her lies. Let's talk about her credibility as a family court judge. She was getting knocked around by her 25-years-younger husband while she was judging me! NOTE TO ALL: You can have all manner of recipts and documentation, have it all neatly organized in a spreadsheet, etc. It will mean nothing to Luna. I have her words written in a transcript, rejecting and dismissing anything that SHE required me via edict to spend endless hours to compile via her orders. It is tax time that I suffer so much. Not only have I lost all faith in our courts - I know that some portion of every check goes to her big salary and lavish retirement. I think of the money that was clearly and rightously owed to me. She declared that I received large sums of money in child supoort payments for years from a company that that did not exist at the time. THAT WAS HER JUDGEMENT. She is totally lost, and one of those who is good at pretending that they are not a total mess to their bosses, who are also incompetant. As a recipent of her lies, I try to imagine a place to find peace. Since she judged to separate me from court-ordered money that was owed to me, and that well-earned money on my part on so many different levels... I think it is fair as a citizen to challenge every penny that we pay to her for her "services" to us. POST PLEASE
