Birotte puts himself everywhere but he doesn’t practice what he preaches in his speeches and TEDTalk. Overrated self-hype and, quite frankly, a phony. NGL, Birotte reminds me of Stephen in Django Unchained. In sum, it’s my opinion that Birotte is a two-face faker, which is (unfortunately) too typical in the realities of today’s heartless American “government” (if it can be called that at this point). As someone said in a preview review below we, the people, truly deserve much better than these DINOs.

André Birotte Jr. cancelled a motion argument I had prepared diligently for and wrote what I feel was a bogus dismissal. Apparently, this is not uncommon for Mr. Birotte, as I have learned in the legal circles. It’s difficult to take the legal system seriously when we have folks like this in the judiciary. Folks call the court system a scam nowadays—and I think it’s because we have bad judges that support corruption and bogus caselaw (so long as it supports corrupt institutional powers). As someone pointed out, I expected better from a judge that was appointed by a Democrat (Obama). Highly disappointed to say the least! Makes me question my profession and the caliber of judges we have running the show.

He will side with the government almost every time in my experience, even when the government is completely in the wrong. Our politicians need to stick with appointing people with a strong record of defending civil rights, which is especially important nowadays. Suffice to say - Birotte is not it.

My experience is that Birotte is a charlatan. He’s all talk, no substance. He makes appearances on TedTalks, and invites kids into his “courtroom,” making it seem like he’s a “good” guy interested in achieving “justice.” The reality is Birotte is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. A faker. He is a typical government tyrant, even going to the extent of writing rulings that exaggerate, regardless of mitigating facts, to support a corrupt “system.” We all truly deserve so much better…

Like most of you on here, I don't have anything good to say about this "judge." Sort of a let-down for an Obama appointee. There were certainly better candidates for this bench, I'm fairly certain. Anyway, from my experience, Birotte's rulings are biased, uneducated, with a seemingly canned format and tone. Birotte literally ignored the incontrovertible science and statistics in his ruling, instead deflecting from the hard facts, which was telling. The conclusion? Birotte stands for nothing. Dude and his law clerks couldn't even line the text to the paragraph numbers. A typical government drone, or perhaps "rubber-stamper," as said below, is more appropriate. No wonder Birotte has really low reviews on here. As I was reading the reviews, I couldn't help but shake my head in agreement. Equally bad about Birotte's court? On three occasions, I did not receive mail when Birotte's court said documents had been mailed. I did not have this problem when working through other courts. The only logical conclusion? Barring some type of nonintentional error within Birotte’s mailing system, it becomes apparent that Birotte's court actually sabotages people's cases, which is plain evil. That was the only logical conclusion I could come to. Once? Ok. Twice. Ok. But three times? Frightening! Suffice to say, going through Birotte and his courtroom has definitely proved that American "justice" is a complete fairy-tale and a scam. With "people" and institutions like this in charge, I really feel sorry for the future of this country. It also upsets me because we were all fooled about being the about freedom, to the extend of calling ourselves the Land of the Free. To be frank, these are the people we should be blaming as the country's future turns bleak: the people with power. I feel like we can do so much better. There are so, so many positive mainstream news media articles touting Andre Birotte. That should be the first red flag right there! NEVER trust the media. I learned there was nothing great, or even remotely good, about Mr. Birotte. To sum it up, Birotte is pretty much the conservative Democrat version of Clarence Thomas, albeit two levels lower in the federal hierarchy, in that they seem to be cheerleading advocates for their respective party’s more conservative, power-hungry, and arguably corrupt-ridden agendas. These drone types also tend to decide in favor of the ultra-powerful, whether that be the bigger corporation and/or big government (as reiterated by the other reviewers here). Ironically, don’t count on Birotte to defend civil rights, either. Per a previous reviewer, calling Birotte “Birdbrain” is too nice. I have another name for Birotte, worthy of getting “cancelled” by the popular sheep masses nowadays. Anyway, don’t count on Birotte to make any decisions and/or rulings that are morally and/or ethically correct IF it does not fit the certain narrative, as well as what Birotte sees as the politically popular outcome. In this sense, do not expect Andre Birotte to make the right decisions that protect society and the longterm viability of the Constitution. Period. From what I have personally seen in Birotte, Birotte will make decisions that favor his self-preservation and personal bigotry, without looking at anything else in challenge of it. I used to be a big supporter of Barack Obama and his appointees; but I’ve learned through my experience with Birotte that Obama simply installed a slew of “judges” to meet certain Affirmative Action quotas, in fitting the MSM agenda, irregardless to the strength of character of the individual, to serve as puppets in doing the powerful’s bidding. André Birotte Jr. strikes me as a rubber-stamper for corrupt big government (which is probably how it was installed as a “judge”). Why have a Fake Judge at all, when the government — in Birotte’s courtroom — is in total control? Birotte is very much a placeholder for, and emblematic of, the false illusion of having a true system of Justice. It’s a disturbing trend that will only worsen because our public servants, which includes Birotte, fail to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America. These types of people put the bureaucracy, their career, and their taxpayer-funded pay over the longterm common good. There is irony that this man fails to uphold civil rights. Maybe the Dishonorable Birotte should take a look at himself in the mirror for once. Our country is on the wrong track with these types in power. No wonder The People are rightfully pissed!
