Very arrogant, very impatient, and biased toward the Defendants. At the beginning of the CMC hearing he boldly stated that he didn't care to pro se litigants and throughout the hearing repeated that he had very little patience for people representing themselves as if he was trying to send a strong message. Also, against the Rules of the court allowed the Defendants in Default to move forward with their Answer, since requiring them to request relief from default as he said would be inconvenient to the Court.
