He is very robotic, emotionless, and zombie-like. Both he and his Judicial Assistant are Quick to nod their head and give the wink to the landlord's attorney, yet he is quick to cut the tenant off mid-sentence and rule against him or her. If you are a tenant, file a 170.6 on him because he will have no interest in what you have to say. Plus I witnessed his Judicial Assistant acting like best friends with the landlord's attorney and doing special favors for her. The baliff that was there at that time was a jerk too; barking at you for trying to ask him a question prior to court, as if that was a crime. His whole courtroom is unnecessarily toxic and hostile, including him, so best to just avoid his courtroom altogether.

I was experience the implication of ex parte communication of plaintiffs counsel to this judge very prejudicing, ignoring my constitutional rights abuse!!!!
