He denied substantial and meritorous motions to dismiss in a summary one sentence decision. Not sour grapes here but there were some very real issues as to a seriousy flawed complaint failing to plead fraud with particularity as to particular defendants. I understand that's how it goes, and I've been on the losing side of a dismissal motion before, but well, let's see how he does down the road.
