This guy is a true pirate fired off so many cannon violations. Allowing my ex to relocate 2000 miles away without a parenting plan as ARS 25–408 required is criminal. His impropriety was blatant laughing on the stand with my ex ignoring five witnesses which one was my ex in laws even showing up for me.
He is unconscionable destroying my little boys life in 2 1/2 hrs as a new judge to the case, letting relocation happen 2000 miles away with no parenting plan. No addictions, no abuse, no domestic violence.
