Judge Angelo Dicamillo is deplorabe incompetent disgrace of the judicial system. His responsibility is to uphold the rule of law and protect rights and liberties under his sworn oath which he does not follow true law and statues. So, Horible Judge Dicamillio, by know you have seen my reviews of you and I used my name , so if you want to purse anything against me , go ahead , I am the only care taker of my termilly ill husband , The only financial income provider, I dont care now more, if my husband dosent make it , I have nothing else to live for. I was contacted by a lady a couple of mths ago , who also was fasly accused and given a FRO from Judge Angelo Dicamilio. I know she is trying to over turn the verdict , My name id Kathleen M Caruso and I was also fasley accused my robing room reports are from arounf Jan to April 2024, he ruined my life and my dying husbands life, he could not see though my daughters lies when my wittness was there in court at with me at the time the incident accured , when I tried to speak to my dauagter at her apt complex, my daughter wanted to physically harm my wittness, so I drove off, and my daughtewr made a false statement to the local police dept , and came that night to my house an took my and my husbands gun collection in the thousands of dollars and our gun permts. This is a daughter whom we saved for yrs on herion , stole 18,000.00 in cash & over 20,000.00 jewlery, paid fines , put in rehab in an out 3 yrs and this is what I get, after we also out her thur nursing school after she finaly quit her drug use. We never as her parents asked for the money back, but made her like better and she does this, I know God will judge her cause I cant. But I want justis and the FRO over turned and I want to sue.

I’ve heard he is the most overturned Judge. Has anyone who felt they were wrongfully ruled against in Family Court (including FRO & custody cases) successfully appealed against his judgment? What firm would you recommend?

He is like a hamster on a wheel..Falls,asleep. I asked to have ny case moved me and the extradition both worked in HOJ his courtroom he claims to not know us.Really? What a kangaroo court he runs..Should not be deciding cases..should RETIRE!!

WHAY YOU HAVE TO SAY GOES IN 1 EAR AN OUT THE OTHER , HE DOESNT GIVE THE DEFEDANT A CHANCE TO SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND THEIR SIDE. I FILED A MOYION AND WENT BACK WITH MY WITTNESS AND SHE HAD TO SIT OUTSIDE THE COURT ROOM, WHEN I AGAIN TOLD HIM THAT HE DIDNT ALLOW HER RO TESTIFY BUT KNEW 3XS SHE WAS THERE, HE SAID GO AND GET THE TRANSCRIPTS AND IF I HEAR MYSELF SAY THE YOUR WITTNESS WAS THEIR I WILL GRANT YOU A NEW CASE, SO I DID GET THE RECORDINGS AND HE CLEARLY SAID YOUR WITTNESS IS HEAR AN I SAID YES RIGHT BEHIND ME. ITS ALL ABOUT MY DAUGHTER PUTTING A FRO ON ME HER MOTHER NON VIOLENCE, NO VERBAL VIOLENCE, MY DAUGYTER LIED ABOUT EVERY THING IN THE POLICE REPORT, THATS WHT MY WITTNESS WAS WITH ME WHEN MY DAUGHTER WANTED TO FIGHT MY WITTNESS AND MY DAUGHTER CHEST PUMPED MY TRUCK, THIS IS HOW SHE TREATS A DYING FATHER THAT GAVE HER THE WORLD. SO I DIDNT FILE FOR A NEW CASE , I AM GOING TO MAKE IT PUBLICE FOR ALL JUDGES ABOVE HIM TO HER BOTH RECORDINGS. THIS JUDGE NEEDS TO GO OFF THE BRENCH NOW. Very biased and rude. He gives shame to the word honorable. Does not care who's life he ruins and is a VERY poor judge of character. In this case like I said Helen Keller could see through the lies. He not only affects the person receiving the restraining order but the kids also. Not all women are victims and if he doesn't know the difference between who is and who isn't then he needs a different position.

Honorable is a joke. He ruined my friends life because his ex-wife cried and shook. Her performance was academy award material. He called my friend a lier and ruled for her. Her lies were so obvious that even Hellen Keller could have seen through them. She was aloud to just pull stuff out as evidence and he was not. The way he let her lawyer talk to my friend was atrocious. If he is getting paid to judge people he is HORRIBLE at his job. If you are a judge and can't tell who is obviously lieing then you don't belong in that position. If using the f word is what he considers abuse then everyone would get a restraining order against them including her. He is rude and extremely biased. I bet he owes a whole lot of people and apology for ruining their lives. Not only does his rulings affect the people who he gives the restraining order to it also affects the children. Just because you are a mother does NOT mean that you are a good one. And just because you are a female does not mean you are always the victim. Before he decides to ruin people's lives he should or his people should do some homework. Poor excuse for a judge. But I guess his restraining order reputation is more important than seeing things for what they really are.

Judge Angelo Dicamillo ruined my life, when I got home, I wanted to take my life, thats how low he made me feel , when he know nothing about what me and my husband has gone though with our daughter. I wish he could walk in out shoes, he will never be as strong to handle what we have been though. He cant see though the true liars.

He did not allow my witness to approach the stand and give their statement, who, was physically threatened by the plaintiff. He would not allow my to explain a voicemail I left to the plantiff,I told him 3 times my witness are here, an at the end he said oh so yout husband is here and the witness, I said yes I told you this earlier, he has end stage renal failure and is dying. Judge Angelo Dicamillo is so rude , heartless an doesnt let both parties try to make a agreement when no physical violence was involed, just words, and no physical harming words or texts or voicemails. I was degraded and never had any problems in life this was a family matter , an all I was doing was traying to put my family back together for my dying husband, which is the plantiffs dying father. So I had to get finger printed and The judge Angelo Dicamillo said I had no creditablity. He degrades people and doesnt offer mediation ay all. How can he do this to a dying person when all we wanted was just an answer if your dad should die , do you want to be notified ? still no answer in court and he did not make her answer at all. People in the seats were just shaking there heads at the judge and could not beleive the way he treated me, and the plantiffs wife sat behind my husband laughing, what a disgrace.

Judge Angelo Dicamillo aka: "The restraining order judge." He granted a restraining order against my son by the ex-girlfriend based off of NO EVIDENCE! Judge DiCamillo said he felt she was more believable (because she cried in the courtroom). We have undeniable proof that she lied to the judge in the courtroom, but I can't give the proof to anyone. I've reached out to the Ombudsman, Cheif Justice office & court administration, no one would help me and I kept getting told we have to file an appeal to the appellate court (which takes one to two years). Meanwhile, the unjustified restraining order ruined our lives and my sons chance for his child custody. I used to believe good will triumph over evil, but Judge DiCamillo ruined my faith in the judicial system completely. DiCamillo is creating absentee fathers, not by the fathers choice but by DiCamillo's indifference towards men and his favoritism of women. I cry for my son often because of Judge Angelo DiCamillo's wrongful and unfair sentencing that we are forced to except. I have hard proof the ex lied to the judge, but I can't show it to anyone to prove my sons innocence. Judge Angelo DiCamillo is NOT a fair judge.

I had to sit through a couple trials before I could get with mine. It's clear why judge Dicamillo is the most appealed judge for restraining orders in the state. He has absolutely no clue the kind of impact a restraining order has on people's lives in this state. He's clearly plaintiff biased and even more so woman, if you're a woman and cry in his court room it's an automatic win for you he'll even cite a case saying how a woman's tears makes her more credible. He allowed a plantiff to lie throughout their testimony and when reviewing all the evidence stated the plantiff doesn't have to make sense and cited some other case to justify his bias. He was a federal tax judge for most of his career and should have stayed retired, he has no buisness in family court and should be removed immediately and put back in retirement.

Judge Angelo Dicamillo is not a fair judge. If you're a woman all you have to do is just cry in his courtroom and he'll rule in your favor. He allows lying, because you don't need any actual evidence to win with him if you cry, I've seen it first-hand. That's how Judge Angelo Dicamillo runs his courtroom. He favors women because he published some articles on domestic abuse. Sorry guy's you're screwed if you get him, doesn't matter what evidence you have. He should have been removed long ago, but because of the judge shortage he continues to destroy innocent lives with his unfair and biased judgments. If you're a woman you'll be lucky, if you're a man you'll not be treated fairly. You don't have to believe me, just look at Judge Dicamillo's track record. Sorry guys!

Judge Angelo Dicamillo is unprofessional, biased, unfair, he does not bother to even listen to evidence, he cared more about the clock than the evidence. [Redacted by Ed.] The opposing attorney told my attorney since it was DiCamillo he took advantage of the situation. Judge Angelo DiCamillo is far from a fair and just Judge, it is unfortunate that so many individuals fall victim to his unprofessional whim and have to suffer with his unfair decision.
