Was before this judge for a simple name change. It was clear she hadn’t read the petition because she didn’t even know the reason I wanted to change my name. She had the Proof of Publication. Then she took it under submission to review more paperwork. There is no more paperwork to review. It’s a simple name change. A waste of judicial resources. Get her some training.

This judge knows squat about civil litigation, evidence and neutrality. Her evidence skills are like asking a mathematician to confirm that 25 x 10 = 250 and have the mathematician deny the result. Just awful with stubborn adherence to her incorrect evidentiary rulings.
