Judge Jones found that I have violated DMH and Federal Laws and regulations that did not exist. She accused me of causing a patient to go the hospital by lowering their medications when six places in the record, that she claimed she had read, showed that the patient had not taken their medication for six months. She fabricated a chart note to show a critical nexus between my not reading chart notes and a patient's diagnosis - and created a diagnosis that did not exist. She repeatedly claimed she had read the whole record when she repeatedly showed that she had not and she had no idea what she was opining about. Her findings were total fictions in service of the $57k bonus she got from the county.
