Agree she ignores the law and makes her own up. Ridiculous she runs unopposed. She should not be on the bench.

Judge Massullo runs a tight ship, and she does not entertain shenanigans from attorneys. If an attorney is prepared, has his/her filings in order, and fosters credibility, Judge Massullo is receptive. I disagree with commentary that she is a wild card or that she lacks appropriate temperament.

This is one of the worst judge I have encountered. Her judicial temperament is horrendous, and she does what she wants regardless of the law or the facts.

I only have one experience with this judge, but it throughout the course of a complex civil case that went to trial. My experience was entirely different from the others here. She was prepared, knowledgeable about the law and procedure. In trial she ruled promptly and usually correctly on objections and motions. She was polite to counsel and witnesses, but without every losing control of her courtroom.

Doesn't know the law; doesn't follow the law; makes up her own law. What is she doing there?
