She is so pathetic it's impossible to believe they allow her to stay on as a judge. For a black woman from the civil rights era, she's a political hack, piece of crap and never should wear a robe ever again. Lacks basic civil Rights case law knowledge. Frigthening this is who we have to deal with, might as well just say "I'm ruling for the government, even if they killed someone, on video, in cold blood", that's how insane she is. Did not read papers; was in rush to get thru the hearing Pro forma so as to get back to her business at hand. Clearly committed error and didn't seem to care. Made inappropriate comments to a litigant not represented and made ridiculous comments regarding availability and right to legal services.

Judge Thompson is a delight to appear before. Always a courteous person.
