This judge was totally in bed with the state department of education. There was clearly back door conversations happening that allowed for the state ed department to upload whole new documents after I issued my response to their documents. This judge denied my motion to strike the new documents and didn't bat an eye. How in the world is this ok in the 21st century? Don't we have computers that can tell on these judges when stuff like this happens? Lord help us!
