This guy is a complete ass. Check out Castro v. State 597 So.2d 259. This is who he is. Was an Assistant PD then became an Assistant State Attorney. Used information he gained while representing the client at PD's office to sentence him to death while with State Attorney's office. Justice dies in his courtroom.
