Has good demeanor, clearly knows the law and procedure. Initially will entertain novel approaches to equitable resolution. However, will takes sides in a case for ideological reasons or to align with status quo, once he does facts or law don't matter, and he will justify gut instinct over legal fundamentals, and will steer a case to come to a predetermined decision.
After a 2 1/2 year battle judge McGinty gave my wife and I custody of our grandson.he saw thru the county and the lame defense attorneys lies.thank you Mr McGinty our grandson is safe because of your judgement
The worst judge in ulster county. Which is setting a low bar. Because it sucks there big time.A buffoon.
This judge is horrible, Unprofessional and sexist. My daughter had individual bruises from my ex’s fingers from pulling her out of the car window and still gave him visitation and ordered me to drive 14 hours every other weekend so my children’s abuser could have time with them. He doesn’t care about facts or evidence. If anyone knows a good lawyer to sue him, I’m all ears….
