` Orange County only cares about money and the way to do this is to not give equal rights to both parents. OC has the worst family court in all of America. There is no 50/50. Upland is a child abusing judge that denies children the right to equal time with both parents. All Ufland cares about is getting in that Title IV-D money to the family courts and making sure lawyers get their $500 an hour from both sides. When you see Ufland giving any child support.. you know it's all about money, power and control and receiving that good ol' title 4 money. Having nearly 10 family judges, I have yet to meet 1 judge who does a 1 and done deal. Ufland is like the rest of these cronies.. continuation after gontinuation and drawing it out as long as possible to get a much money as possible from the warring sides. Evil.

This judge does not listen to family’s he is paid by social services agency. He was very unfair to us and failed to consider our grandchildren’s best interest. Our grandchildren were bonded with us something the court must and should consider. SSA provided false and misleading information which lead to corruption and it also lead to our appeal being denied after the court denied records to prove our case. The agency also paid out two of our attorneys very sad.
