I have never seen a judge that flat doesn’t care about the best interest of children in my life. April Vandyke needs to be removed from the bench so the best interest of every child in Humboldt County can be truly served. She is effectively destroying the lives of the most innocent residents of Humboldt and beyond. It’s truly the most unfortunate turn of events I’ve ever witnessed in my life. Who is she mad at? Who did her so wrong? Does she have children? Is she fighting someone for her own children? Who put her on a bench to serve the best interests of children? Where are they now? Is anyone monitoring this Judge? If not…. Why? How long can this go on before a child is in true danger or a mother or father are in danger of losing their minds due to this lady’s judgements??

The lawlessness in Humboldt county family law court is truly unbelievable, where to begin. The last Judge Kriess was removed from the bench and the judge who replaced him won by default. I’m not sure which one is worse.

She's bias and it hurts children not being place with the right parent.
