Thanks for letting the Venezuelan dinner robbers free after paltry jail time and hundred dollar fines. What a joke.

Judge Aryeh Schwartz does not care about the well being of children and does not belong in family court. He has his own agenda and is biased towards men/fathers. He is Incompetent, negligent there was so much proof in our case, to provide more than enough evidence to show the drug use as well as criminal damages and assault, this isn’t a review from someone who’s upset they didn’t get their way. This is about the Injustice for children, mothers and families. He will only listen to the fathers and regardless of what they did wrongfully he will side on everything they want and give them just that.

Perhaps the wellbeing of the children is to have a father in their life and not a single parent. Some fathers can redeem themselves and some mothers cannnt be good disciplinarians. Children need guidence, stablity, parents that do not use them as pawns. Children need parents that will help them grow up to be responsible and happy citizens.

I'm using this site to research judges for retention, or not. This is more eye opening than the bio profiles given in other reading material on the internet.

Cares more about Father’s rights than what’s best for kids.

A family court judge who is biased, does not apply family law in a consistent or logical manner and does not take the child’s well being into account.
