A judge truly lacking seasoning and experience. Incredibly abrasive style, especially towards Plaintiff’s bar. Belittles and mocks mediation process, belittles and mocks plaintiff claims. Heavy handed.Appears to have a bias against Plaintiffs.

Judge Chowdhury excessively questions female attorneys on their medical histories, their positions in their law firms and judgment when they request a trial continuance to accommodate their maternity leave.
