She appears confused most of the time, unprepared, doesn’t follow the law even when in black and white, she shows clear racial and gender bias. Her rulings are written as if she was staring at her computer watching the Flinstones during hearings instead of hearing testimony and reviewing evidence. She rules as if she isn’t present at all. She does not look at blatant evidence or read anything in order to make rulings based on law. She is all over the place, scatterbrained and throughout needed a more experienced attorney to keep explaining the way things are supposed to be done and the law. She’s supposed to be a judge!? Her rulings come in at the very last minute. Read her reviews in other places also and believe it. She paid to have her photo on a magazine years ago, so that pops up in a search, but don’t fall for it. Aubmitting yourself for some awards and paying for publicity years ago is smoke and mirrors. Read actual reviews from court evaluations, peers and litigants. She has minimal experience as a judge, flat-out appears to have no clue what she is doing and should be removed from the bench. She makes rulings harming families and has the very opposite of children’s best interest. How she was ever appointed in the first place is a mystery-they wanted to check the box to have the first Hispanic female on the bench here in az? That might be the only thing to explain it. Run as fast as you can from this ridiculous, incompetent judge before she harms your children and their future. Vote her out.
