Avion M Benjamin

Judge Benjamin was appointed the Presiding Judge after arm-twisting my Mayor Baraka. As Presiding Judge, she is supposed to address judges whose behavior is inappropriate or problematic. She doesn't do her job. She is unresponsive. Her predecessor (Judge Moore) was an incredible Presiding Judge - if he received a complaint about an Essex Judge, he was on top of it at once, and would even step in when appropriate. Judge Benjamin is not competent for the position.
