While Judge Hobbs was being investigated by the Judicial Qualifications Commission for her Judicial Violations she was assigned to my case. Immediately, her discrimination was prevalent. Her ability to be impartial is on record, as she has/allows government documents to be altered at the courthouse, has ex parte communication, threatens me with going up to the 3rd floor to have an arrest warrant issued for me if she thinks Im lying. She swears in the female, the plaintiff (who has been committing perjury, entering false evidence, forging my signature and more) and shares baby photos via cell phones, laughs and coo with her, In Court... At other hearings rhe discrimination continues as Judge Hobbs rules in their favor without any evidence being filed. Then after she ruled in their favor, Judge Hobbs tells the plaintiff to have their evidence filed within the next 24 hours. The evidence was not the documents they testified to etc .. And it continues with Due Process violations, false allegations, which Judge Hobbs goes along with as she has absolutely no integrity, honor, should not be a judge, needs to be investigated again, sanctioned again and investigated for RICO.
