Barry Breslow

Based on the way he has handled my criminal case in his court room, he is either inept and incompetent or is [Redacted by Ed.]. I would say he is a mixture of both!

Horrible as a paralegal and advocate who volunteers my time helping victims of judicial injustice. I must say this judge is the worst i have ever seen in regards to violation of his bond and alleged oath of office. In fact he has no valid bond as far as i can determine with the courts own records.

This Judge has violated the rights of Stewart Handte and Roger Hillygus for years. He needs to be removed from the bench and held accountable for his actions!

In the case of Roger hyligus and Stewart handte. A total travesty of justice. Not following law or allowing witnesses to excercise the state and US CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS. THIS JUDGE NEEDS REMOVED FROM THE BENCH AND DISBARRED FROM PRACTICING LAW AS HE DOESNT FOLLOW THE LAW. A CROOKED BLACK ROBE.

A judge is supposed to be fair, follow the laws already in place. They are supposed to review ALL evidence and then make an unbiased decision based on facts and truth. Why is DA Stege withholding all of the exculpatory evidence in the Roger Hillygus and Stewart Handte case? Why after 4 years have two innocent men who have both been falsely imprisoned have not had a hearing yet?! How many innocent people are languishing in the Washoe County Jail at the taxpayers expense? How can anybody think this judge is doing his job when he hasn’t viewed an ounce of evidence for four years, AGAIN at the taxpayers expense?!! The American people deserve better. In my strong opinion all 1 Judge courts need abolished! They are not working and harming the public. Remove Barry Breslow from the bench. He is not following his judicial canons nor is properly seated on the bench.

Judge Barry Breslow has demonstrated a consistent bias to entertain the most aggressive and predatory attorneys. I have watched several of his hearings in the Stewart Handte/Roger Hillygus criminal proceedings and he consistently bows to prosecutor Amos Stege. I thank God these innocent men are fighting aggressively to have the truth be heard.

By far the most incompetent judge on the Second Judicial District of Nevada court bench, that carries with him delusional behavior that was spoken too multiple times in affidavits of truth on behalf of two criminal defendants that sought recusal of this judge in their case and is video recorded for posterity in Our Nevada Judges on October 21, 2022 "I run the show here"... "I am the judge now and forever"... He is also one of the worst violators of ethics rules and conduct under judicial canons as a sitting judge that has been reported numerous time to the Nevada Office of Judicial Discipline but continues to this day to be ignored.

A judge is supposed to render honest decisions, not decisions based on bias or prejudgment. Judge Breslow doses the latter . To ensure access to justice: impartiality, independence, rationality, fairness, reasonableness, and having a good knowledge of the law are desired qualities. Breslows knowledge of the law is questionable given his willful disregard of the law when assigned as a judge on cases. A judge like Breslow who violates rules of professional conduct and perpetuates corruption does not belong on the bench!

This judge is not only biased and prejudiced but has blatantly disregarded Federal law, state law, Nevada Supreme Court Canons of the Court, Rules of Professional Conduct and has even gone back on his words in recorded court hearings and twisted his own words to cover up his previous statements. He is inept and incompetent at the very minimum and corrupt at the maximum end of the scale.
