How is it Barry Kamins can still be called "Honorable" after what he did, vaguely outlined in the Dept. of Investigations report which prompted his resignation in avoidance of prosecution and disbarment. He didn't "retire," he abdicated his connection with being a justice in lieu of being forcefully removed. He should be called Dishonorable Barry Kamins, not Hon. Barry Kamins. He should try to undo some of the damage he did by colluding with the DA - with the result of defendants wrongly sitting in prison - while he still can. Shame on you sir!
