Sad commentary of a judge also. He could have been upright but his buddiess was involved and th eplaintiff was an easy mark . So he though dismissed a valid case Another oath breaker on that court . very alarming

Every time I have before him I have been massively impressed. My first appearance was a whistle blowing action, in which I represented a truck driver. He was then a Magistrate Judge. II was a fairly green lawyer with a small firm then and was up against a “blue chip,” large local firm. The issue arose then as to whether my Plaintiff client was entitled to a jury trial. Counsel argued this issue while in Chambers. Instead of Ordering counsel to submit briefs, Judge Moskowitz personally researched the issue on the spot, and determined my client was entitled to a jury trial. I have been before dozens of District Court judges, and have found none more fair, hard working and brilliant than Judge Moskowitz. Just be sure to fully prepared when you appear. He listens carefully, but does not tolerate ineptitude.
