Completely BIASED judge. Makes decisions based on opinions of others, not actual FACTS! Perhaps if he actual did the leg work and investigated things before making rash decisions he would gain some respect. Violating the rights of the citizens just because you can is a crime in itself. If only he and some of these other judges could spend 1 week in the Cumberland County Jail I bet they would come out changed for life. Immunity needs to be stripped out from under all judges like this one that Completely ABUSE THEIR AUTHORITY.
