My daughter who was 14 at the time was kidnapped drugged and SA'D she was held prisoner by him for 16 hours she heroically managed to escape had to walk 5 MI to call for help. When it came time for sentencing this judge was making jokes the whole time like it wasn't a serious or big deal he was laughing when he read the charges of sex abuse that was inflicted upon my daughter he has no business being a judge and he sentenced this person to only 5 years in prison that should be a crime. Kidnapping is supposed to be 15 years horrible judge if you get assigned him request someone else

We were successful in a hearing that he presided over. Although we were successful, his demeanor, professionalism, and ego was atrocious at best. He truly seemed like he didn't care, and acted like a spoiled child that didnt want to share his courtroom.
