It is unfortunate when a Judge who comes to a case at the tail end of it allows bias planted by the opposing council to influence how they treat a defendant. Or like in my case the Judge mistakes a defendants desperation & pleas as them being combative and non cooperative. When what is actually going on is a horrible injustice that has been allowed to go on and on and had the judge simply asked the defendant or asked herself what was going she would have been able to step in and assure that a person the system failed so egregiously could start to have an actual shot at experiencing justice. Brantley obvious signs of misconduct and law violations but you did nothing but speak down to the victim. That’s a failure in your duties and that failure causes harm. sometimes like in this case that means putting the already victimized individual through more unnecessary punishment.

A horrible biased Judge who refused to look at evidence that was unbiased and would have ended a definitively.
