This lady LOVES her some inmates. She treats government attorneys who are defending the State as if they're the inmates' private attorneys. It's very confusing to be both the lawyer for the defendant and also, against your will, the lawyer for the Plaintiff. Her clerk can't even handle the scheduling of calls with inmates for their court appearance -- the DEFENSE has to make sure the PLAINTIFF attends. Why not just have us write all of their pleadings while you're at it? Biased is an understatement.

I had a settlement conference with Judge Jantz and she was fantastic. Very patient with the parties and she provided creative ways to arrive at a settlement fairly quickly. I hope to appear before her again.
