Bianka Perez

Judge Bianka Perez is UNQUALIFIED. I echo earlier critical comments on this judge. There definitely does seem to be a shortage of a qualified pool of judges to select from and that is why unqualified, unintelligent judges like Perez are up there. Seems to make her decisions before argument as well, based on biases she has.

She isn't a ethical person, she is partial, I was the plaintiff and she abused me and violated all my rights and 18 U.S.C. § 242 I was pro se and she never allowed to talk. I was theplaintiff and she always wanted the defendants was who spoke, she told me she didn't allowed me talk because I don't was a Lawyer.
