This is one of many city commissioners, who draft void orders to steal Title IV Social Security Money from the Federal Government by use of fraud and collusion with debt collection agencies such as DCSS and Conduent State & Local Solutions. This commissioner demands people "adult disability payments" for an adult woman offspring at up to 400% of my annual salary. This commissioner then gets paid personally by the federal government money, which she is involved in deliberating herself as a "court administrator / commissioner", in conflict of interest. California is stealing between $300M and $500M a year using void orders for people like me, to pay for adult offspring, or dead offspring, under the guise of applying 42 USC §654 to §669(b) welfare laws for children. This commissioner is not a judge nor part of the Dept. of Justice. She is a city worker. Well over $1T is being stollen in other states also, by city commissioners (fake judges), doing the same in Texas, New York, California... etc. See, Holmberg v. Holmberg (1999) where the Supreme Court already forbids this kind of fraud and violation of the Separation of Powers Doctrine.
